Vivus Counseling Services
Vivus is a Mental Health Counseling center serving the greater Colorado Springs area, founded by licensed professional counselor, Eronilde “Nil” Buckley. Vivus specializes in Drug & Alcohol Treatment and Domestic Violence Treatment. They are experienced in treating individuals with Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Trauma-Related Disorders, Court-Ordered involvement for Child Abuse and Neglect Cases and probation.
They serve individuals aging childhood to geriatric, probation clients, clients involved with the Department of Human Services, non-court ordered clients, self-pay client, and insured clients through individual therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy.
In addition, as a trilingual counselor, they are pleased to serve individuals in need of counseling services in Portuguese and Spanish.
Vivus’ Counseling Philosophy
Being sensitive to the client’s needs and understanding that one model does not fit all is pivotal to every client’s success. It is important that our clients feel comfortable with a professional in order for them to be successful. We take the utmost pride in serving our clients with a non-judgmental and client-centered approach. We strive to see them succeed and regain control of their lives.
About Eronilde "Nil" Buckley
Nil is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Colorado State Approved Full Operating Level Domestic Violence Counselor. She established Vivus Counseling Services in 2018 with a goal of serving her community in need of services in the areas of Mental Health Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Treatment and Domestic Violence Treatment.
She has worked in a variety of settings including but not limited to, community mental health, in-home counseling, forensic population, and private settings. Having served such an eclectic population, Nil has developed a strong sense of cultural sensitivity and a passion for treating individuals with co-occurring disorders.
