Court-Ordered Evaluations in Colorado Springs

Court-approved assessments that tell the full story.

Navigate the Legal Process with Confidence

We offer comprehensive, court-approved forensic evaluations that are rooted in clinical integrity and trauma-informed care. Being evaluated doesn’t mean you’re being judged. It means the court is seeking insight. We’re here to ensure that insight is accurate, respectful, and human.

What Are Court-Ordered Evaluations?

They’re not about taking sides—they’re about providing objective insight.

A forensic evaluation is a structured assessment requested by a court, attorney, DHS, or probation/parole officer. It helps determine clinical needs, risks, or treatment recommendations in legal cases involving:

  • Divorce or custody disputes

  • Domestic violence (offender or survivor)

  • DHS involvement (dependency & neglect)

  • Criminal court or probation referrals

  • Parole compliance or re-entry planning

  • Mental health evaluations
