DUI Classes & Counseling in Colorado Springs

A chance to drive—and live—differently.

This Isn’t Just About the Court—It’s About You

Our state-approved DUI programs don’t just help you meet your legal requirements—they empower you to make safer, stronger choices for the road ahead. We treat you like a person, not a case file.

What Are DUI Classes and Counseling?

More than rules and regulations—this is education for lasting transformation.

DUI stands for Driving Under the Influence. In Colorado, this means operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, drugs (including prescription or marijuana), or any substance that affects your ability to drive safely. A related charge, DWAI (Driving While Ability Impaired), may be issued when impairment is present but below the legal DUI threshold.

Our DUI services follow the Colorado Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) certified curriculum: Driving With Care. We offer:

  • Level I & Level II Education

  • Level II Therapy (Track A-D)

  • Relapse Prevention Strategies

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing

  • Trauma-informed and individualized support
