I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with a deep passion for supporting individuals navigating relationship challenges, friendship difficulties, addiction, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, domestic violence, and issues related to self-esteem. I strive to create a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences and foster greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and personal growth. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment theory and psychodynamic principles.
I offer both individual and couples therapy, working with adolescents and adults to support meaningful change and lasting healing. I am currently pursuing my Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) credential to better serve those impacted by substance use and addiction. In addition, I am a Domestic Violence Management Board (DVOMB) associate level candidate and work with individuals and groups involved in domestic violence-related issues.
To further enhance my trauma-informed practice, I am pursuing advanced training in EMDR, complex PTSD, and somatic-based approaches. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of effective therapy, and my priority is to ensure that you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I wholeheartedly believe in your capacity for growth and resilience—and I am here to walk alongside you in that process.
