I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) who’s passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I take a person-centered, attachment-based approach, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I specialize in working with people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum changes, substance use, and relationship struggles, and I especially enjoy helping couples build stronger emotional connections.
I also work with at-risk youth, adolescents, and individuals impacted by domestic violence, providing trauma-informed care that emphasizes safety, resilience, and empowerment. I’m currently working toward becoming a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and a DVOMB-approved provider to deepen my ability to support clients facing addiction and interpersonal violence.
Outside the therapy room, I’m passionate about community outreach and partnering with others to make mental health care accessible—regardless of someone’s background, language, or financial situation. Everyone deserves support on their journey toward healing and wholeness.
