I am a biracial counselor and a graduate of the University of Denver, where I earned my degree in Forensic Psychology. My background includes military service, which has profoundly shaped my commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions.
I am currently working toward my Licensed Professional Counselor credential and pursuing approval as a provider through the Domestic Violence Offender Management Board. These professional goals reflect my dedication to serving trauma-impacted and court-involved populations with evidence-based, ethical care. I currently see clients exclusively via telehealth, allowing for accessible and flexible support.
My counseling approach is collaborative and rooted in person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy frameworks. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment that encourages self-reflection, healing, and long-term growth.
I am driven by empathy and a deep respect for every client’s unique story. My goal is to help individuals gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
